5x5 Art Journal

I had a 5x5 art journal sitting on my craft desk for about 6 months and every time I went to do some craft I kept thinking I should really do something with it but I just didn't have any ideas on what to do as I am not a huge writer and didn't just want to waste it.
Thank goodness I went to Perth in January and had a craft night with my up-line Lisa ( She decorated an A4 journal to journal all the funny things her 2 children get up too.
What a GREAT idea so when I got back this is what I came up with. Lachlan is just over 1.5yrs old and is starting to do the funniest things, eg, 2 weeks ago I caught him kissing his Roary the Racing Car.

Some of the stamp sets and designer series paper (DSP) are no-longer available but if you like the look of anything and would like to order it please contact me and we can check the catalogue to see if it is available or find something similar.

My next photos will have all the descriptions.

A big thank-you to all those that have given me inspiration:

Haitian Disaster Relief

On 12 January, 2010 a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck Haiti, leaving in its wake devastation so overwhelming that the Haitian people and their leaders can only look for help from the outside to cope.

In the past, when terrorists attacked the Twin Towers, when a tsunami struck Indonesia, when a hurricane destroyed New Orleans, and when wildfires ravaged Australia, Stampin' Up! demonstrators stepped forward and showed their commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

This time is no different. From now until 28 February, 2010, you can partner with Stampin' Up! to make a difference in the lives of those who continue to suffer from the effects of this devastating earthquake. Stampin' Up! will set aside $2 from the sale of every I {Heart} Hearts stamp set and donate that money to the American Red Cross' Haiti Relief and Development Fund.

The Red Cross is already well-established in Haiti, and this money will be used to provide immediate relief and long-term support through supplies, technical assistance and other support to help those in need.

Product Name: I {Heart} Hearts
Item # : 117715
Price : $42.95 AUD/$49.95 NZD
