This year we are having a family birthday party for Mr (soon to be) 3. It is the first year we have lived anywhere close enough for them all to come, it is a 4 hour drive for both sides of the family so hopefully they will make a great weekend away and have some fun with us.
Mr 2 LOOOOOVES trains (well I think all boys do don't they, my Dad is now driving the tourist train on the Bussselton Jetty and is the Train Master...Mr 2 is of course in 'awe of Gramps LOL)
So hence the theme of the brithday invites and hopefully the cake will resemble something that looks like a train (fingers crossed).
Invite Open (yet to put the details on it):
I ended up making about 10 of them but here are a few together:
Stamp Set: Choo Choo, Loads of Love Accessories
Cardstock: Tempting Turquoise, Old Olive, So Saffron, Real Red, Whisper White, DSP Play Date
Inks: Stamp Pads (Temping Turquoise, Old Olive, So Saffron, Crumb Cake)
Big Shot: Timeless Type Junior Alphabet
Accessories: Scallop Trim Border Punch, Stamp-a-ma-jig, Snail, Sticky Strip
Also Christmas this year we have decided not to travel and invite family to us, as every year for the past 6 years we have been living away and always travelled not always for Christmas but a bit before or after, so we decided everyone can travel to us.
To get in early so no-one can say "I already have something planned", I have sent them little invites (early bird catches the worm LOL):
Stamp Set: Playful Pieces (Hostess L3), Perfect Punches, Teeny Tiny Sentiments
Card Stock: Bravo Burgundy, Night of Navy, Whisper White
Inks: Certanily Celery, Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Basic Rhinestones, Snail, Sticky Strip, Bravo Burgundy Grosgrain Ribbon (retired), Non Su Embossing Folder
